We were intrigued by the fun name and of course the good reviews. Skyler was an awesome server- was able to answer all our questions, was knowledgeable of the menu, was very aware of our needs, and checked on us frequently. This place is set up as cool as its name. Nice little indoor or half-outdoor options, and the outdoor was air conditioned enough on a really hot day. The food was good and the shakes were even better. They give you the right size straw where you can actually drink the shake.

My friend and I decided to stop by here for a quick bite, since it was on my list of places to visit in Pittsburgh. We each made a custom burger and ordered some hard shakes. He ordered the s’mores and I ordered the Cookie Monster. They were both super tasty and spiked perfectly (you can barely taste the liquor because they paired it so well with the shakes). The burgers were DIVINE. My custom wagyu burger was honestly the best mf burger I’ve ever had. We definitely will be back here soon!

Above expectations! Looking for a simple burger and it turned out to be great food, great atmosphere and a place I would return. It is a local franchise that is keeping it real. Mostly locally sourced and all fresh. The regulars were great. My burger was great but salads, desserts and everything else look great.

Okay, so I eat a lot of burgers all around town, and I’ve never been to Pittsburgh’s well known Burgatory - embarrassing. Definitely a good burger, and this is just the basic in the photo. The burger just tastes really good. All in all, the atmosphere was nice, the bartenders were attentive, and the food was good.

Fantastic experience at this location after we meticulously crafted our burgers from their vast variety of toppings and protein options. And just know that if you see silk bonnets in the kitchen your food is going to be coming out cooked to perfection. Hats off to hands down the best BOH team on the waterfront.

The one lesson I've learnt dining here over the years: it is either a burger or milkshake day. Can't go wrong with either. Juicy, delicious and indulgent. Very sinful.
